Client statistics

The Migrant Information Centre maintains statistics on the clients who utilise our settlement casework services and Access and Support program.

Through comparing our client statistics to settlement data provided by the Australian Government Department of Social Services Settlement Database, and State Government Department of Health and Human Services Home and Community Care data, we can develop promotional and operational plans annually to target new and emerging communities as well as people who meet our eligibility criteria who are underrepresented in our services.

For information on client statistics for the previous financial year and the number of clients who attended our group programs and information sessions, see our latest Annual Report.
