SUMMARY:Changing Gears Youth Learner Driver Program
DESCRIPTION:\n\nOn April 12th\, 13th and 14th\, the MIC Youth Team will run
  a learner driver education program for young people aged 16 years + to ed
 ucate them on the road rules in preparation to sit their learner driver te
 st. All participants will be supported to sit the test to obtain their lea
 rner permit on the final day of the program. The program is free of charge
  and participants must be permanent residents of Australia and have lived 
 in Australia for less than 5 years. Lunch will be provided. Participants c
