SUMMARY:Children's Homework Support Program
DESCRIPTION:MIC runs a weekly Homework Support Program (HSP) for children f
 rom a refugee or migrant background. This free weekly program offers Engli
 sh practice and homework support to primary school aged children. Our trai
 ned staff and volunteers assist children from refugee and family stream mi
 grant backgrounds to satisfactorily complete their homework and improve th
 eir written English\, spoken English\, reading and comprehension skills. C
 hildren are also offered a healthy snack as part of the program. For more

 the Settlement Engagement and Transition Support (SETS) programme.
