DESCRIPTION:MIC Young Women’s program GIRL TALK! is for newly arrived ref
 ugee female youth aged 15- 17 years old from a refugee background\, who li
 ve in the outer eastern region of Melbourne. Through group discussion\, te
 am building\, hands-on and self-reflection activities\, participants are e
 ncouraged to increase their knowledge and resources\, develop skills and b
 uild resilience to enable them to actively engage in their education\, com
 munity and family life. Although a program outline is developed\, the cont
 ent of the program will largely be driven with input from the participants
