SUMMARY:MIC Driving Program for the Hakha Chin Community
DESCRIPTION:MIC will be holding a Driving Education Program for the Hakha C
 hin community in November &amp\; December 2021. The program includes 6 onl
 ine driving education sessions which will cover the Victorian driving rul
 es. A member from the Victorian Police will hold an additional information
  session about their role in maintaining safety on the road. MIC will prov
 ide participants who attend all 6 sessions with a $200 subsidy towards d
 riving lessons to help them become safe drivers. A Learner permit is not r
 equired for the 6 information sessions but is required to receive the subs
 idised lessons.\n\nParticipants must meet the criteria\, which includes:\n
 \n 	Members of the Hakha Chin community who have a permanent visa and has 
 been living in Australia less than 5 years.\n 	Over the age of 21 years.\n
  	Currently residing in the Eastern Region of Melbourne.\n\nMIC is current
