SUMMARY:Multicultural Playgroup
DESCRIPTION:The multicultural playgroup runs every Friday during school ter
 m. Our playgroups provide an opportunity for parents from migrant and refu
 gee backgrounds and their preschool aged children to come together in a fu
 n\, safe and supportive environment. Playgroups are facilitated by our tra
 ined staff and volunteers and include assisted play\, games\, story-time a
 nd music\, as well as guest speakers from early childhood services such as
  Maternal and Child Health who provide important information for newly arr
 ived families and excursions to local toy libraries\, kindergartens and pa
 rks. The playgroup is run in the Croydon area. Please contact Jules at MIC
