SUMMARY:Zomi Sewing Group
DESCRIPTION:Members of the Zomi community come together every Wednesday nig
 ht from 5.00pm to 7.00pm to socialise and sew. This program is designed to
  help women to learn sewing skills to make their own clothes as well as cl
 othes for their family members. The activity also reduces their social iso
 lation and improves their health and wellbeing by enabling participants to
  form friendships and become active in the community. During the program\,
  the trainer will teach participants how to make clothes including measure
 ments\, designing\, cutting and sewing. The program will run onsite but ca
 n also be run online if there are COVID-19 restrictions in place. For more
